DELIVERY POLICY
- The products are delivered both within the country and in other countries.
- The products are delivered to the delivery address filled in by the buyer.
- Delivery is made by a shipping company. The choice of the shipping company for the delivery of the ordered products is the sole responsibility of the seller.
- Depending on the availability of the courier, the ordered products will be shipped in 5-7 working days.
- Delivery time, according to shipping companies, is 24-48 hours. The shipping company is responsible for any exceeding of this term and any dissatisfaction arising from the delay in the delivery of the products will be resolved by it.
- To avoid any confusion, the buyer must ensure that the full delivery address and telephone number entered in the order form are correct. If there will be additional costs for forwarding the package, these will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
- The cost of delivery of ordered products is not included in the price of the products, except for certain promotional campaigns where delivery is free. The cost of delivery will be shown on the order form before the order is completed.
- The seller reserves the right to change the delivery price over time without prior notice to the buyers.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Payment for products can be made online with a debit/credit card.

- If the buyer has chosen the online payment method, it is necessary to fill in a form with the bank card information on the secure page of the payment processor.
- Online payment will need to be made before the order is delivered.
RETURN POLICY
- If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, considers that the presentation images do not correspond to the product received or simply changed his mind about the order, the buyer has 14 calendar days from receiving the product to return it, according to OG no. O.U.G. 34/2014 on the legal regime of distance contracts, which approves the ordinance, “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products”.
- In case of return, the buyer must send a written request to the email address bruiaj.arts@gmail.com. The delivery of the return will be made only with a shipping company, and the transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer who wants the return. Cash-on-delivery packages are not accepted. The payment of the counter value of the products and the initial transport of the order will be paid by the seller by bank transfer to the account of the customer who wants the return, based on the information provided by email to bruiaj.arts@gmail.com (account number, the bank where the account is opened and the account holder), within a maximum of 10 days after making the return. Return shipping charges are not refunded.
- The product to be returned must be in very good condition with no signs of wear and must be returned with all the original accessories sent by the seller. Also, the product to be returned must be properly packaged for return so as not to suffer damage during the return transport. If these conditions are not met, the buyer will only receive half (50%) of the value of the returned product.
- The following are exempt from the exercise of the right of return: the amounts paid for the return transport of the products, products made according to the specifications and instructions of the buyer, products that are part of an assembly and cannot, by their nature, be separated from the other component elements.
